This situation was observed to cause significant <strong>loss of labor<\/strong> (requiring substantial time from data entry teams and production engineers) and a <strong>lack of transparent management<\/strong> in operations.<\/p><p>An average of <strong>nearly two days<\/strong> was being lost in the <strong>data collection and analysis<\/strong> processes.<\/p><p>A search for a solution was initiated in order to digitally monitor significant losses such as <strong>downtime caused by failures<\/strong> and <strong>downtime caused by waiting<\/strong> in machines and equipment, as well as to identify inefficiencies.<\/p><p>The fundamental reason was that \u201c<strong>what cannot be measured cannot be managed or improved<\/strong>.\u201d The objective was first to collect data and understand the current situation, and then to analyze losses, identify their <strong>root causes<\/strong>, increase <strong>production performance<\/strong> and <strong>OEE<\/strong>, <strong>reduce downtime<\/strong>, and <strong>increase equipment capacity utilization<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-114e54f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"114e54f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f82ecb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f82ecb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"> Motivation for Choosing and Important Details <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23e87da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23e87da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRebul Kozmetik conducted reference research in its search for a digitalization solution. The main challenge encountered was <strong>cultural change<\/strong> and <strong>user resistance<\/strong>. The following steps were taken to manage this:<\/p><ul><li>First, the program was initiated and implemented with a <strong>pilot line<\/strong>.<\/li><li>As the application was expanded across filling equipment, the fact that <strong>operators were discussing KPIs on the shop floor<\/strong> created excitement and curiosity on other lines as well.<\/li><li>In this way, no difficulties were experienced during the rollout process as operators took ownership of the work.<\/li><li>The approach of <strong>expanding from a small structure to a larger structure<\/strong> was recommended to companies.<\/li><li>Discussing <strong>KPIs and targets<\/strong> in <strong>Asakai meetings<\/strong> contributed to establishing a more transparent way of working.<\/li><li><strong>Involving
